The team works with clients on Concurrent Engineering of products and also provides project Management and Die cast Design Consultation Services.
Tool Design & Manufacture
In order to provide a proactive examination of how the molding process should function, the RMKK Die Casting Team will do an Initial Tool Design Evaluation and Mold Flow Analysis. To guarantee a seamless tool build process, in-house tool designers will compile all the information clients need to modify and approve their designs.
RMKK takes pride in its capacity to manufacture and oversee all molds needed for clients’ projects. We are able to create and produce our own cold forming process tools.
